My neck, shoulder, hips, and legs had been hurting after 5 straight days of skiing in Vail. I had a couple of deep tissue messages after each 5 days of skiing. Mira’s massages were totally awesome! I felt so much better each time. Even my chronic neck pain was relieved. She knew the trigger points of my pain areas. I was originally referred to Mira by a well respected physical therapist friend. In the last years I have seen for at least 30 times for a variety of needs including sports, pre and post race, general aches and throughout my second pregnancy and postpartum period. She is incredibly skilled in massage , which is complemented by a strong background in anatomy. One of favorite things though about Mira is her energy. I have been seeing Mira consistently for almost two years. I've been getting consistent massages for over 10 years and Mira is by far the best. She listens very careful to what may be ailing you or where you want to Focus but also is able to tell by your body where you need work. Myra provided me the ABSOLUTELY BEST DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE I have ever experienced. After over 30 years of massages on a semi-regular basis....Myra was fantastic! She is very cognizant of every issue shared.....AND she has a solution. She was fabulous on problem areas and my 90 minute deep tissue massage was 'off the charts' fantastic. Her office facility was simple, but exquisite. Quiet and relaxed....no frills, just calming and professional. My wife and I attended with consecutive appointments. We have since rescheduled during our extended stay in Vail.....we cannot wait for round 2, 3 and 4!!
